The Mental Health Rumour

Rumour: Proper nutrition has no impact on the ability to treat mental health.

Truth: This is false.

According to a study published in Clinical Psychological Science, including a nutrition intervention in the combination of therapies given to someone with a severe mental illness will help their recovery. Researchers found that a healthy diet improved the quality of life in these patients.
