The Coffee Enema Myth

Tik-Tokers and Instagram Influencers love to extoll the benefits of coffee enemas. They claim they cure all kinds of ailments and are safe to do at home by yourself. This is false. Coffee enemas can be bad for your rectal health and they have no proven benefits.
