For example, think about when you go to the sauna at the gym. You’re ‘sweating it out’ and releasing toxins from the body while being in a room that’s warmer than you’d usually be in.

3: Fasting 

While intermittent fasting is typically associated with weight loss, research has shown that there are several other benefits. One of those is helping you live longer.

A study done on mice showed that eating only one meal a day gave them longer lifespans. It also showed an increase in health with less risk for age-related diseases.

So, intermittent fasting could help you live longer. 

It’s important to note that fasting isn’t for everyone, so please consult with your physician before trying it. 

4: Exercise 

It should be no surprise that research suggests exercise will help you live longer. While jogging and other forms of exercise are good for you, it’s extreme exercise that we’re talking about.

For example, high-intensity exercise such as High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) will have more longevity benefits because it increases the amount of NAD cells in your body.
