Neurapraxia is the mildest type of nerve injury.1<\/sup> It is a common disorder of the peripheral nervous system – the system of nerves that function to relay information between the brain, spinal cord, and the rest of the body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A person with neurapraxia will experience a loss of motor and sensory function. These functions are either partially lost, or in severe cases, totally lost.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
