(1952) United States Senator from Wyoming John Barrasso is born. Along with his political career, he was also an orthopedic doctor.
(1947) New York-based physician Nicholas Gonzalez is born. He is known for developing the (later rejected) Gonzalez regimen, an alternative cancer treatment.
