Does eating protein really stave off hunger?

Rumour: Eating protein helps you feel full and reduces your appetite.

Reality: It’s true! Fruit fly scientists tracked down two specific neurons that detect when you’ve eaten protein and how much and tell the brain to stop eating. Read all about it here!
