Myth: Milk consumption has no effect on mortality.
Truth: This is false.
According to a study, increased consumption of unfermented milk (like drinking milk two to three times per day) leads to a 32% increase in all-cause mortality risk compared to individuals that drank less than one glass per day. However, due to the many risk factors associated with dairy products, these findings need to be interpreted with caution.
