Doctor 1: I’ve had such a difficult case. I thought the patient’s problem was the heart and treated it, however, he died from a kidney disease.
Doctor 2: I’ve had a difficult case too! I treated the patient’s kidneys, but he died of a heart problem.
Doctor 3: My cases are easy. I treat my patients for the conditions they later die of.
